Super Micro Computer Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Sales Rise; Q1 Outlook Issued; Stock Split Aprroved

04:52 PM EDT, 08/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP net income late Tuesday of $6.25 per diluted share, up from $3.51 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $8.14.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $5.31 billion, compared with $2.18 billion a year earlier. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected revenue of $5.30 billion.

The company expects fiscal Q1 non-GAAP net income of $6.69 to $8.27 per diluted share and net sales ranging from $6 billion to $7 billion. Analysts expect normalized EPS of $7.58 and revenue of $5.45 billion.

For fiscal year 2025, the company expects net sales of $26 billion to $30 billion. Analysts expect $23.4 billion.

The company's board approved a 10-for-1 forward stock split, with its shares expected to start trading on a split-adjusted basis on Oct. 1.
