06:20 AM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) said Friday it received approval from the Nasdaq for an extension to file its delayed annual and quarterly financial reports with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The artificial intelligence server maker said it has until Feb. 25 to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the financial year ended June 30 and quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended Sept. 30.

Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) said its stock will remain listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market during the extension period.
