05:13 PM EST, 11/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) said late Wednesday it received a letter from the Nasdaq over its noncompliance with the exchange's requirement to file its financial reports with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on time.

The artificial intelligence server maker said the letter was sent as a result of its delay in filing its Q1 2025 Form 10-Q and its continued delay in filing its 2024 Form 10-K, which were due Nov. 12 and Aug. 29, respectively.

Super Micro said the letter has no immediate effect on its listing or trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
