05:06 PM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Charles Liang, 10% Owner, Director, President and CEO, on June 18, 2025, sold 300,000 shares in Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) for $13,500,000. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Liang has control over a total of 66,905,711 common shares of the company, with 66,903,640 shares held directly and 2,071 controlled indirectly.
