Super Micro Computer Prices Private Placement of $700 Million in Convertible Senior Notes

04:08 AM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) said late Wednesday it has priced its private placement of $700 million in 2.25% convertible senior notes due 2028.

The company said it also amended pricing terms for its existing private placement of $1.73 billion convertible senior notes due 2029.

The amendments and subscription are expected to be finalized on Feb. 20, and gross proceeds from the new offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including funding working capital for growth and expansion, it added.
