Super Micro Computer Receives Nasdaq Non-Compliance Notice

04:10 AM EDT, 09/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) said late Friday it received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to timely file its annual report for the period ending June 30 by the Aug. 29 deadline.

The company said it had 60 days to file the report or submit a plan to regain compliance.

If Nasdaq accepts the plan, the company could receive up to 180 days to meet the filing requirement, it said.
