01:05 PM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SuperBuzz (SPZ.V) on Thursday said it closed a non-brokered private placement of share units that raised $1.05 million.

The company issued 7.51-million units priced at $0.14 each and made up share and a two-year warrant to buy an additional share for $0.24.

Proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.065 to $0.315 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
