Superior Drilling Products Reports Shareholders Approve Acquisition by Drilling Tools International

01:17 PM EDT, 07/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Superior Drilling Products ( SDPI ) said Tuesday that its shareholders approved its acquisition by Drilling Tools International ( DTI ) .

The company said over 99% of the shares voted at its special meeting of shareholders were in favor of the deal. The final vote results will be filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, it added.

The transaction is set to close Aug. 1, the company said.

Price: 1.02, Change: -0.01, Percent Change: -0.97
