Superior Group of Companies Board Approves New Stock Buyback Plan

08:26 AM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Superior Group of Companies ( SGC ) said Monday its board has approved a new stock repurchase program, under which the company may repurchase up to $10 million of common shares over a one-year period.

The new plan replaces the previous program, which had authorized the repurchase of up to 750,000 shares through which the company had bought back 92,549 shares.
