09:43 AM EDT, 10/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SuperX AI Technology ( SUPX ) said Friday that it signed an agreement with a subsidiary of Shenzhen Chengtian Weiye Technology and its affiliates to form a Singapore-based joint venture company called SuperX Cooltech.

The joint venture intends to combine artificial intelligence and thermal management core components to provide liquid cooling products and infrastructure services for data centers, the company said.

SuperX said it will become the single largest stockholder of the joint venture.
