08:37 AM EST, 02/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SuperX AI Technology ( SUPX ) said Wednesday that its subsidiary, SuperX AI Solution, has agreed to form a joint venture with Tianfu International Investment.

The joint venture, named SuperX Optical Communications, will be headquartered in Singapore and will work to deliver end-to-end optical solutions for artificial intelligence data centers to global markets excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, the company said.

Financial details related to the joint venture were not disclosed.

SuperX AI Technology ( SUPX ) said it will lead the venture through board and management control.

Shares of the company were 1.8% higher in recent premarket activity.
