Supreme Court Declines Review of Google's Ad Tech Patent Win

10:16 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The US Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a patent owner's challenge to an appeals court's ruling in favor of Alphabet's (GOOG) Google ( GOOG ) in a case alleging patent infringement by the tech giant.

Alphabet did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
