03:11 PM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Supremex ( SUMXF ) and Colabor Group ( COLFF ) both announced on Monday the passing of Warren J. White, who served as a director of Supremex ( SUMXF ) and as Chairman of the Board at Colabor ( COLFF ).

White was appointed as Chairman at Calabor in 2019 and had served on Supremex's ( SUMXF ) board since 2014.

He also held senior leadership roles at several large international manufacturing organizations, including CGI, Alcan, Dominion Textiles, and Lafarge.

Denis Mathieu has been appointed as White's interim successor as Chairman at Colabor ( COLFF ).

Shares of Supremex ( SUMXF ) and Colabor Group ( COLFF ) were last seen down $0.03 to $3.69 and $0.01 to $0.62, respectively, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
