08:27 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Supremex ( SUMXF ) reported second-quarter adjusted net earnings of C$0.06 per share from C$0.00 a year earlier.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 increased to C$71.6 million from C$66.0 million a year earlier.
"The second quarter marked a pivotal step in Supremex's ( SUMXF ) transformation into a diversified paper-based packaging company, pairing our third consecutive - and accelerating - quarter of revenue growth in the packaging segment with the largest packaging acquisition in our history, late in the quarter," chief executive Stewart Emerson said in a release.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.05 per share, payable Sept. 11 to shareholders of record on Aug. 27.
Supremex ( SUMXF ) also plans to renew its normal course issuer bid program for a 12-month period starting Aug. 11, covering up to 10% of its public float.
The company's shares closed up C$0.05, or 1.4%, to C$3.70 Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange,
