07:58 AM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Surf Air Mobility ( SRFM ) and BETA Technologies ( BETA ) said Thursday they have formed a strategic partnership, under which Surf Air has placed a firm order for 25 ALIA CTOL electric aircraft, with options for 75 more.

Surf Air Mobility ( SRFM ) will initially deploy the ALIA aircraft for cargo operations in Hawaii via Mokulele Airlines, later expanding to commercial passenger and on-demand charter flights after certification.

The partnership will establish factory-authorized BETA service centers in launch regions, beginning in Hawaii, and deploy BETA's charging and ground support infrastructure to support operations.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Surf Air Mobility ( SRFM ) shares were up by more than 8% in premarket activity on Thursday.
