02:41 PM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Surf Air Mobility ( SRFM ) said Wednesday it commenced an offering of 10.8 million common shares at $2.5 apiece for gross proceeds of $27 million.

The offering is expected to close on June 26, according to a statement.

The aviation company said it plans to use the net proceeds to clear debt and for general corporate purposes.

Shares were halted earlier and have yet to resume trading.
