11:04 AM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Surf Air Mobility ( SRFM ) said Monday it is selling 2 million common shares at $2.50 per share in a registered direct offering, for gross proceeds of $5 million.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close on or about April 1, to pay down certain debt and for general corporate purposes.

Shares of Surf Air Mobility ( SRFM ) were down 16% in recent trading.
