07:16 AM EST, 12/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Surf Air Mobility ( SRFM ) share prices were up more than 21% in Friday's premarket activity after the company announced share purchases by the company's chairman and co-founder.

The company said its Chairman Carl Albert had purchased 14,500 shares while co-founder and board member Sudhin Shahani purchased 17,237 shares for a total of about $110,000.

"We have near and mid-term goals to increase value for our shareholders," Albert said.
