08:28 AM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Surf Air Mobility ( SRFM ) said Tuesday it has signed a deal with Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) to launch Surf Air Technologies, which it said will develop, market and sell artificial intelligence software tools.

The regional air mobility platform said Palantir ( PLTR ) will support the new unit's core platform.

Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

Shares of Surf Air Mobility ( SRFM ) were down 17% in recent premarket activity.
