Surf Air Mobility Soars After Palantir Acquires More Shares

03:26 PM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Surf Air Mobility ( SRFM ) shares were up more than 105% in recent trading on Tuesday after Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) filed a registration statement regarding the acquisition of over 1 million shares of Surf Air.

Palantir ( PLTR ) now owns about 4.5 million shares of Surf Air, which makes up 19.9% of the outstanding shares. Palantir's ( PLTR ) number of securities beneficially owned includes 1 million Surf Air shares received on June 18, as payment for certain outstanding receivables, a regulatory filing shows.

Trading volume stood at 58.7 million shares against a daily average of 374,537.
