Surge Battery Metals Provides Update on Proposed Joint Venture with Evolution Mining Limited

12:49 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Surge Battery Metals ( NILIF ) on Friday provided an update on its proposed joint venture with Evolution Mining.

"Surge and Evolution continue to work collaboratively to finalize all documents and liaise with requisite third parties with the intention to form the joint venture forthwith," said the company.

The company also said that the joint venture has been conditionally approved by the TSX Venture Exchange, such approval subject only to customary closing conditions.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.44 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
