12:38 PM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Surgery Partners ( SGRY ) said Monday it has agreed to joint venture with Baylor Scott & White Health to jointly own with physicians a 16-bed hospital in Bryan, Texas known as The Physicians Centre Hospital.

The hospital will operate under the Baylor Scott & White name in the future, while Surgery Partners ( SGRY ) will continue to manage daily operations, the company said.

Financial terms of the joint venture were not disclosed.

Shares of the company were down 0.5% in recent Monday trading.
