07:07 AM EDT, 03/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sustainable Innovation & Health Dividend Fund (SIH-UN.TO) announced overnight Friday that a special distribution of $0.129 per unit was made to holders of record as at the close of business on Dec. 31, 2025.

The company said this distribution was needed to ensure that all income and capital gains of the Fund is distributed prior to the end of its taxation year and is in addition to the regular monthly distributions of $0.03333 per unit and the previously announced special distribution of $0.60 per unit.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $14.00 on Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
