S&W Seed Informs Nasdaq of Plans to Delist Shares

04:57 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- S&W Seed Company ( SANW ) said Monday it notified the Nasdaq Capital Market that it plans to voluntarily delist its shares and deregister with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to suspend reporting obligations.

The decision follows a board review of compliance challenges, regulatory costs, and previously disclosed credit defaults, the company said late Monday.

S&W has not arranged an alternate listing and cannot guarantee future trading of its shares.
