SWK Holdings Plans $10 Million Share Buyback Program

01:45 PM EDT, 05/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SWK Holdings ( SWKH ) said Monday its board authorized the repurchase of up to $10 million of its common shares from time to time until May 19 next year.

There's no guarantee about the exact number of shares that will be bought back under the trading plan established in compliance with Rules 10b5-1 and 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act, the company said in a regulatory filing.
