07:20 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sylogist ( SYZLF ) said over the weekend that OneMove Capital plans to requisition a shareholder meeting to nominate three directors.

The board has created a special committee of independent directors, Tracy Edkins, Andrea Ward and Kim Fennell, to review any requisition and guide shareholder engagement.

Sylogist ( SYZLF ) said it engaged with OneMove in June and August. On Sept. 2, OneMove requested a board seat and asked for a response by Sept. 8. The company reiterated on Sept. 8 that its immediate priority was upcoming board strategy meetings and expected to respond in late September or early October.

"It is unfortunate that OneMove has chosen to escalate rather than engage in constructive dialogue with the company in a reasonable timeframe," Sylogist ( SYZLF ) said.
