Sylvamo Approves $150 Million Share Buyback Program

08:12 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sylvamo ( SLVM ) said Monday its board authorized a $150 million share repurchase program.

The company also maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.45 per share, payable Oct. 17 to shareholders of record on Oct. 3.

Shares were up 1.2% in recent premarket activity.
