CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Syndigo, a global leader in Product Experience Management (PXM) solutions, today announced several key leadership elevations to drive continued momentum, operational excellence, and strategic innovation across the organization.

As the company scales to meet the evolving needs of the modern commerce ecosystem, the following executives have been appointed to newly created roles on the Syndigo leadership team:

Doug Inda has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, Americas: Doug drives Syndigo’s commercial success in the Americas as the leader of the North American and LATAM sales, pre-sales, and customer success organizations.

Randy Mercer has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer: Previously Chief Strategy Officer at 1WorldSync, Randy joins the Syndigo executive team to lead long-term strategy, portfolio alignment, customer experience, and innovation initiatives across the business.

Vinny Maurici has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer: Vinny leads Syndigo’s global services and operations functions, bringing his deep expertise in data strategy, digital transformation, and partnerships to elevate delivery and client experience at scale.

Alex Kewney has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer: In this expanded role, Alex oversees Syndigo’s global people strategy, with a focus on scaling a high-performing culture, advancing inclusion, and supporting talent development across all geographies.

“These leadership appointments reflect our commitment to building a world-class executive team that can guide Syndigo through its next phase of growth,” said Simon Angove, Syndigo CEO. “Doug, Randy, Vinny, and Alex bring deep experience, operational discipline, and strategic vision to our organization. Their leadership will be instrumental as we accelerate innovation, integrate our global teams, and deliver even greater value to our customers.”

These updates follow Syndigo’s September 3 acquisition of 1WorldSync, which brought together two leaders in the product content space to create the industry’s most advanced AI-first PXM platform. The combined organization now serves over 18,000 customers in more than 60 countries, with a global team of over 1,500 employees.
