As the company scales to meet the evolving needs of the modern commerce ecosystem, the following executives have been appointed to newly created roles on the Syndigo leadership team:

Doug Inda has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, Americas: Doug drives Syndigo’s commercial success in the Americas as the leader of the North American and LATAM sales, pre-sales, and customer success organizations.

Randy Mercer has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer: Previously Chief Strategy Officer at 1WorldSync, Randy joins the Syndigo executive team to lead long-term strategy, portfolio alignment, customer experience, and innovation initiatives across the business.
