Sypris Solutions Says It Signed Supply Contract With Global Truck Maker

09:00 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sypris Solutions' ( SYPR ) Sypris Technologies unit said it signed a long-term agreement to supply drivetrain parts for an electric heavy-duty truck made by a global commercial vehicle manufacturer.

No financial terms or volume expectations were disclosed.

Shipments are scheduled to start in 2026, Sypris said.

Shares of the company were up nearly 6% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
