04:32 AM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Syra Health ( SYRA ) said late Wednesday it priced a public offering of 3.2 million shares of class A common stock, series A warrants to purchase up to 3.2 million shares, and series B warrants to purchase up to 3.2 million shares at a combined price of $0.64 per share and warrant.

The warrants will have an exercise price of $0.64 per share and will be exercisable upon issuance. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be about $2.1 million.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for marketing, research and development, and general corporate purposes.

Shares of Syra Health ( SYRA ) were down more than 49% in Thursday's premarket activity.
