04:24 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sysco ( SYY ) said Friday that Global Chief Operating Officer Greg Bertrand plans to transition to a nonexecutive officer senior adviser position, effective Jan. 1, in preparation for his upcoming retirement.

Bertrand has agreed to stay in the role of strategic adviser for at least nine months, the company said in a regulatory filing.
