Sysco to buy Restaurant Depot in $29 billion deal

March 30 (Reuters) - Sysco ( SYY ) said on Monday it

will buy catering supplier Restaurant Depot in a $29  billion

deal, including debt, a move that would deepen the U.S. food

distributor's reach into the price-sensitive independent

restaurant market.
