T. Rowe Price Extends Fund Administration Agreement With SS&C

08:46 AM EDT, 04/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SS&C Technologies ( SSNC ) said Wednesday that T. Rowe Price ( TROW ) has extended its transfer agency agreement for its UK-based open-ended investment company funds.

SS&C ( SSNC ) administers 21 of T. Rowe's active funds, with roughly 1.5 billion British pounds ($1.92 billion) in assets and services include trade processing, settlement, and reporting services, the company said.

SS&C ( SSNC ) was down 1.1% in recent premarket trading, while T. Rowe was off by nearly 2%.
