01:49 PM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- T. Rowe Price Group ( TROW ) said Thursday, in partnership with Oak Hill Advisors, it is launching the T. Rowe Price OHA Flexible Credit Income Fund that can invest across the private and public markets.

The interval fund will be available for purchase on a daily basis through ticker-trading and will perform quarterly repurchases of at least 5% of outstanding shares at net asset value, according to a statement.
