T1 Energy Prices $72 Million Direct Offering; Shares Fall Pre-Bell

09:21 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- T1 Energy ( TE ) said Thursday it priced a registered direct offering of about 22.2 million shares at $3.25 per share for gross proceeds of $72 million.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for working capital, investments and partnership development, and the advancement of energy technology and infrastructure projects.

The offering is expected to closer on or about Friday, the company said.

T1 Energy's ( TE ) shares were down more than 14% in recent premarket activity on Thursday.
