T2 Metals Upsizes a Non-Brokered Private Placement to $7.6 Million

01:05 PM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- T2 Metals ( TWOSF ) on Friday said it upsized a non-brokered private placement financing to $7.6 million from $5 million.

The company now plans to place 15.2-million units priced at $0.50 each and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.75.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and exploration needs.

Shares of the company were last seen down 1.6% at $0.61 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
