09:59 AM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Taboola.com ( TBLA ) said Monday it has integrated DoubleVerify's ( DV ) pre-bid activation product DV Authentic Marketplace into its platform.

The company said the integration will allow Taboola advertisers to apply their own brand safety and suitability settings across campaigns and avoid unsuitable content before bidding for ad placement.

Shares of Taboola were down more than 5% while DoubleVerify ( DV ) fell 4.3% in a lower market Monday.
