Taiga Building Products Up Near 18%, Hits Fresh 52 Week Highs As Announces One-Time Dividend

10:37 AM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Taiga Building Products ( TGAFF ) on Tuesday announced a special dividend of C$1.6675 per common share of the company to be paid on June 23 to holders of record of common shares on June 6.

The company said its board has authorized the one-time dividend.

It stated that there are no current plans to issue regular dividends and that no long-term dividend policy has been established.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.70, to $4.60, on the Toronto Stock Exchange, having earlier touched $4.78.
