Take-Two Interactive Software Fiscal Q4 Loss Widens, Revenue Rises; Sets Q1, Full Year Guidance

04:22 PM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Take-Two Interactive Software ( TTWO ) reported fiscal Q4 GAAP loss of $21.08 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $17.02 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.05.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.58 billion, up from $1.40 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.55 billion.

The company set fiscal Q1 2026 loss guidance of $0.78 to $0.65 per diluted share on revenue of $1.35 billion to $1.40 billion. Analysts expect a loss of $0.74 on revenue of $1.26 billion.

The company set full-year fiscal 2026 loss guidance of $2.79 to $2.45 per diluted share on revenue of $5.95 billion to $6.05 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $0.77 on revenue of $7.91 billion.
