10:48 AM EDT, 06/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Take-Two Interactive Software ( TTWO ) said Wednesday that Embracer Group priced a public secondary offering of 2.8 million Take-Two common shares at $154.50 apiece.

The shares were issued to Embracer Tuesday in connection with the closing of Take-Two's acquisition of Gearbox Entertainment, the company said.

The offering is expected to close Friday, Take-Two said.
