08:16 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Talisker Resources ( TSKFF ) said on Monday that Sprott Resource Streaming and Royalty has approved the company's second draw of nearly US$12 million from a US$31 million financing for the Bralorne gold project in British Columbia.

In connection with the second draw, Talker said it is negotiating with Sprott, which has a royalty agreement linked to the Bralorne project, to amend the timing of the production target of 38,000 ounces of gold from the project.

"We are pleased to have finalized the deliverables for the second draw and anticipate closing to occur in June post finalization of amendments to the agreement," Talisker CEO Terry Harbort said.
