11:15 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Talisker Resources ( TSKFF ) on Thursday said it renewed the milling agreement with Nicola Mining ( HUSIF ) to process ores from its Mustang Mine at Nicola's Craigmont Mill in Merritt, British Columbia.

The company also added that on Sunday, it began trucking run of mine vein material extracted from the 1060 and 1075 development levels. A processing stockpile will be developed at the Craigmont Mill over the next month to allow operational continuity and milling is expected to proceed soon thereafter.

"Nicola has made significant operational upgrades to the Craigmont Mill facility over the last year and we look forward to working with Peter Espig and his professional team," said Talisker Chief Executive Terry Harbort. "Development at the Mustang Mine continues as planned with mining showing excellent correlation of reality with modelled vein wireframes and block models."

It said the agreement with Nicola replaces the ore purchase agreement with New Gold. Talisker also reported that it finalized agreements for mining and ore hauling.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.01 to $0.48 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
