07:26 AM EDT, 03/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Talisker Resources Ltd. ( TSKFF ) said Tuesday that the company, through its subsidiary Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd., has signed a definitive ore purchase agreement with New Gold Inc. ( NGD )

Under the agreement, New Gold ( NGD ) will buy up to 350,000 tons of material mined at Bralorne and process it at its mill located at its New Afton mine.

The agreement can be extended by mutual consent by the parties.
