09:03 AM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Talkspace ( TALK ) said Monday it has acquired Wisdo Health, an AI-powered social health and peer support platform designed to help reduce loneliness and improve mental health.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The company said the platform uses machine learning to connect users with trained peers and moderated communities, and has demonstrated up to a 28% reduction in loneliness and depression.

It said that the acquisition expands its ability to provide around-the-clock, personalized support alongside traditional therapy.
