04:53 PM EDT, 05/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Talos Energy ( TALO ) said late Monday that Chief Accounting Officer Gregory Babcock has been named interim chief financial officer, effective June 28.

Talos said Babcock succeeds Sergio Maiworm Jr., who will pursue a new opportunity. It has started a search for a permanent CFO.

The company reiterated its production guidance for Q2 and its operational and financial guidance for full year 2025.
