08:21 AM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tamarack Valley Energy ( TNEYF ) on Friday declared an unchanged monthly dividend and extended its credit facility.

The company said its board declared a monthly cash dividend on its common shares of $0.01275 per share in accordance with its dividend policy and unchanged from its monthly dividend declared in May. The dividend will be payable on July 15, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30.

The company also said that it amended a covenant-based $875 million revolving lending facility in June, extending the maturity date of the facility by one year to April 30, 2028.

The company further stated that, as of June 13, it had access to over $400 million of undrawn credit under the three-year credit facility and an uncommitted accordion feature that provides it with the ability to access an incremental $125 million of secured debt, subject to certain conditions, including approvals from the lending syndicate.
