Tamarack Valley Energy Gets Green Light to Renew Stock Buyback

08:04 AM EST, 01/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tamarack Valley Energy ( TNEYF ) on Tuesday said the Toronto Stock Exchange approved the renewal of the company's normal course issuer bid (NCIB).

The company may buy back up to 51.3 million shares, 10% of its public float, for one year beginning on Jan. 19.

Under its expiring NCIB, Tamarack Valley bought back 33.9 million shares at an average weighted price of $3.90 each.

The company also said it will pay its monthly cash dividend of $0.013 per share on Feb. 14.
