09:20 AM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tandem Diabetes Care ( TNDM ) said Thursday that its Tandem t:slim mobile application has received approval for distribution from Health Canada.

The company said the application will allow users to deliver their bolus, a small mass of chewed food, from compatible smartphones and upload their pump data to the Tandem Source platform.

The company said that its new mobile application, when paired with a t:slim X2 insulin pump, can provide users with glucose trends, pump status changes, and insulin therapy data.

The application will be available later this year, Tandem said.
