Tanger Q4 Core FFO, Revenue Rise; 2025 FFO Guidance Issued

04:49 PM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tanger ( SKT ) reported Q4 core funds from operations late Wednesday of $0.54 per diluted share, up from $0.52 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.53.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $140.7 million, up from $127.5 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $129.3 million.

For 2025, the company said it expects FFO between $2.22 and $2.30 per diluted share. Analysts are looking for $2.23.

The company's shares were up more than 2% in recent after-hours activity.
