Tantech Holdings Gets Extension to Regain Compliance With Nasdaq Listing Rule

04:19 AM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tantech Holdings ( TANH ) said late Wednesday it received an additional 180 calendar-day period for compliance under the Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.

To regain compliance, the company's closing bid price must be at least $1 per share for at least 10 consecutive business days by Feb. 24, 2025.
